Therefore, NCDs can be classified as a group of chronic diseases.

The main causes of NCDs are risky behaviors in life, such as eating spicy food such as very sweet, very salty, food high in fat, grilled food, drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking, not exercising, sleeping late, having high stress, taking medicine without consulting a doctor, etc. Therefore, people who have such behaviors are at higher risk of getting NCDs than others.
